They are verbally abusive here and do not correct their staff. Staff is aloud to treat and talk to you any way and your basically told to deal with it or leave. They take advantage of women in a vulnerable time and police how to choose to parent your child. They grab your children even though that aren't suppose to touch your kids. The house is currently infested with roaches and mice. The moment you stand up for yourself and say you don’t like how your being talked to then they choose to kick you from the house instead of seeing a problem in their ways. They are uneducated in mental health and have zero patience and understanding for a child with autism. This shelter needs an investigation done and justice to be served. Its not okay how they treat and talk to people here.

I used their catering service, Shalom Food Services, for a company holiday party. From start to finish, Donna and her associate were friendly, professional, and efficient. Food was great and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

We donate women's and children's clothing and toiletries, they do a lot for women who need safety. They've always been very thankful for donations. Call ahead though, and be aware of the location, it's on the Hill, not the safest neighborhood.
