Over the past 1.5 years (first virtually, now in-person) Rescue Community Church has for sure changed my life. I’ve always loved Jesus, but struggled to find the right church fit. I always told myself I didn’t need church to connect with God. (Sound familiar?) Let me tell you how wrong I was. From the first time we walked in the doors, this church is so down-to-earth & welcoming. There’s lots of jokes, laughter, & ridiculousness every week. Just great people & great vibes. Rescue Community Church is the most welcoming church I have ever been to. I did not come from a religious family. I have been nervous and uncomfortable going to churches in the past because I felt out of place and oblivious. I felt like everyone knew that I knew nothing. Religion was a whole new idea for me. One that I had never truly opened my heart, body, mind, and soul to. It was not until I came to Rescue Community Church that I truly surrendered my life to God and put my faith in Him. Pastors Tommy & Bekah, their family, and the church have welcomed me and my family with open arms and no judgment. Real people gathering for the same reason- to help the lost find their way. I have found my home at Rescue. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing church ❤️

My family and I started attending Rescue recently. We have been to hundreds of churches and have yet to find any like Rescue. Their focus on relationships is authentic and pure. They have a genuine love for all kinds of people and make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the doors. We have 4 young children and they have all become passionate about church. They love being at Rescue and actually countdown the days to Sunday! I feel so blessed to have connected to such an incredible place. It’s relational...not religious. It’s God centered...not political. It’s a place where you can be you, no matter what your life circumstance, and know they will build you up and love you the way Christ does. It’s church...the way God intended it to be.

Rescue is far more than a church and the friendships made are more appropriately known as family. I was hurt deeply by church in the past and Rescue has restored my belief in true fellowship, the reality of the Holy Spirit and the ability to serve the people of this world in the way God designed.

I love everything about Rescue Community Church, from the kids class, to the worship and the heart felt, deep, honest, and biblical messages, this is by far my home. I look forward to Sundays to not only connect on a deeper level with God, but with the loving people who help build me up and are always there for each other.
