I just want to thank you all. The ladies in the front for their help and especially to my case worker Ms.Chase. I know it has been confusing and a bit stressed. I would like to thank you for your professionalism with solving my issue. Ms. Chase, I can not thank you enough for everything, especially taking the time to listen to my concerns and giving me options. It made me feel nice knowing my words count. I would like to give each one of you a big hug and a special thanks from my family to yours. Life has been hard and I just can't thank you enough for making it a bit easier with every day.

They do not keep you updated ! I have called and left voicemails and sent emails and still no response I had no idea who my case manager was due to the lack of communication!she never reached out until I sent multiple emails ,I have been waiting going on 3 mos to move in!! A simple curtesy call to at least lmk what’s going on would have been great! But no nothing I have to be reaching out to the apartment complex to see if any updates ,them as well have stated they have heard nothing back and have sent multiple emails with no response in return .and now I call and I get no answer!!!

Case workers are not there to help you, but rather retaliate if you speak up about their slow response times (no response since Jan, yes JANUARY) by non responding even longer. And this has been all FOUR caseworkers I reached out to even though they've had 4 months now to say something, anything about my case status or if my change has been updated. Nothing by phone, email or mail. Just silence. They could care less if your homeless and are desensitized workers just there to collect a paycheck.

I keep trying to call the office and I cannot get anyone to answer. I've been having an issue for a whole month of water leakage that's getting worse and maintenance keeps having to come and nothing is getting better. Just worse. I've tried going to my case worker and she turned me away just to call maintenance again. Yesterday I was told they will do a final fixing but if it still doesn't get resolved then it's an even bigger damage that will have to be a thorough fixing in the pipes. My ceiling has water bubbles and mold is spreading and the water leakage has spread as well. I need to have an emergency moving. I have children and this is not safe. I hope nothing happens to my children's health or worse we fall through the ceiling otherwise I will find a way to sue the negligence of this company.
