Got the answering service instead of them.. What's the point of confidentiality if they ask for your name?

If you are trans, find help somewhere else. I've tried reaching out over the helpline a few times in the last few years because I don't have people I can talk to. Every time without fail, I could tell the person on the other end of the phone wasn't comfortable talking to me and I don’t know if it's because I'm trans or because the stuff I've gone through sounds like a Lifetime movie. Given that all the women I know had great experiences and got a ton of help, I think it's more than bad luck with the staff. At this point I've given up on help but maybe this review will save some people the heartbreak.

I am having a hard time getting through to anyone. I cannot make phone calls easily due to my situation. I called the other day when I had a brief moment alone. Got their answering service.Someone could call me back within 15 mins. No, I have to home by then. I called in again today, got dispatch, I asked if someone could text me back and she said that's not allowed. What about us poor victims who can only text or email !
