I'm going to take a second here to call out Safe Voices Hypocrisy. I'm a Male, and was physically abused by my female partner with which I had a child. I was also emotionally abused, and cheated on. She went to safe voices when she found out I was pursuing Legal Action and going to take my child. Safe Voices helped her twist the story, and try to paint me a bad person. Safe Voices may possibly do some good, but it's also being used as a tool in an incorrect, immoral, blasphemous manner. I have zero respect for anyone within this organization, any affiliates, or any courts which side with them.

If you are trans, find help somewhere else. I've tried reaching out over the helpline a few times in the last few years because I don't have people I can talk to. Every time without fail, I could tell the person on the other end of the phone wasn't comfortable talking to me and I don’t know if it's because I'm trans or because the stuff I've gone through sounds like a Lifetime movie. Given that all the women I know had great experiences and got a ton of help, I think it's more than bad luck with the staff. At this point I've given up on help but maybe this review will save some people the heartbreak.

I am having a hard time getting through to anyone. I cannot make phone calls easily due to my situation. I called the other day when I had a brief moment alone. Got their answering service.Someone could call me back within 15 mins. No, I have to home by then. I called in again today, got dispatch, I asked if someone could text me back and she said that's not allowed. What about us poor victims who can only text or email !

Greeting, MY experience gained in trying to find some help for my son and his two very young through Safe Voices was very disappointing.Gave him their ph# AND frankly he was not treated well.HE was reaching out for help got nothing but thoughtlessness.I realize that many Women are treated badly,but any parent with young children needs compassion at times,it costs nothing! BUT as a Dad my son's ph# call and the respond he received was far from what their website states.Think twice guys before you call here

Safe voices you guys have been a great agency helping people in domestic violence situations for many years. I don't know what's going on right now. Likely you are short-staffed like everyone else. I have a friend who has been having a very hard time getting help from you. People don't seem to be answering her calls. Please answer your calls! Victims are counting on you. Thank you!
