Freya was a great doula! She explained up front how everything would go with her services and helped me pick one to match my needs. She was always available to answer any questions we had and gave me advice when it came to type of foods I should eat and avoid, best types of prenatals, water consumption, ect. She helped me find a great midwife that took my insurance. She was at the hospital for my daughters birth Sept 2020. She was so helpful during the labor process and I'm so glad she was there. She also came to my home for a prenatal visit and gave me a lot of vauble information on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postnatal care of myself. I would definitely recommend her services to any mom to be. Thank you Freya!

Had my baby girl in August of 2018. Was under Freya’s care from January 2018 til postpartum care. My husband and I loved her, and can’t express how much of a gem she was to us during this new experience. She was very much like a big sister guiding us thru our journey. Freya's birth workshop was comprehensive. My partner and I learned so much. She was very peaceful to be around and generous in answering everyone's questions yet still kept a good pace and had us finish on time. A little early even. We were 1 of 3 couples attending. I feel more confident in my labor and delivery after her class and would recommend all pregnant couples take it. The tools and resources we walked away with will make a great difference in our birth! Thank you for everything you shared and taught us Freya! We're so excited to bring this baby girl into the world and feel empowered to do so now.
