unresponsive staff. in regards to the parenting class. I took a 10 week class, i logged in every week but sometimes it wouldn’t let me log back in after breaks and sometimes i didn’t have my video on bc it’s a 2 hours class during dinner hours and i couldn’t always be on video but i was logged in and i participated but wasn’t as active as i was at first because the instructor of this program nicole wilson told me she was going to have a one on one call with me and give me all her resources and then she ghosted me. i even emailed her to confirm the one on one and she never responded. after the class period ended i tried reaching out to her through email, calls and voicemail and she ghosted me for months. i then call and spoke to lori who is a manager who told me nicole only logged me in for 4 out of 10 weeks. i left a message with lori asking if she can look at the zoom log in to confirm i attended all 10 weeks and she also ghosted me. this is an extremely unprofessional company and holding a title like child advocate you should be ashamed of yourselves. i would like the owner to know how the staff treats the public because im sure im not the only one they do this to.

Very professional employees while still polite. They make the children feel comfortable in their environment.
