Pregnancy and postpartum education center. I came across this when I was looking for resources to help me understand and navigate my pregnancy. They have a whole host of informative videos for each trimester and also labor and delivery itself, coping mechanisms etc. It’s run and managed by some super kind and friendly ladies, and it’s a genuine pleasure interacting with them. I’m very grateful to have found this place and would recommend it to all pregnant families in the area; especially first time moms :)
