I waited some time, I learned of the Palladium property in Crowley, TX. They had recently built a stunning apartment complex in west Fort Worth and it was beautiful. So I contacted them and asked when they would be accepting applications, and Kayla told me they had to wait for the construction process to be near completion. Kayla called me to let me know the day applications were being accepted and asked me to please bring my financial information, and other documents. Palladium Crowley is an affordable complex, and although it looks like a luxury community, there are State guidelines regarding income so financial details are the most important information for both the applicants to provide and staff to be aware of. On the day I applied, there were numerous people who had been put on the waiting list, by Kayla. Families, older folks, all sorts of people. We were all excited to be applying for Palladium Crowley. During the application process Kayla was always kind and professional--and worked until we had all the needed paperwork. So for the New Year I have a beautiful new apartment, with kind Kayla in the office. Palladium Crowley is still completing the other buildings here--so think there are apartments available in the future.

My mother recently passed away this weekend. The office manager Alexius Eackles went above & beyond in her customer service by making sure my guests could come & go during the final funeral arrangements. Alexius is a true blessing & asset to Palladium Crowley& I hope Charlene shows you her appreciation by giving you a much deserved raise!

Hands down the best experience getting an apartment ever!! Kayla was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of my many questions and always returned calls in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. I recommend these apartments to everyone I know and enjoy living here very much!
