At Opening Doors For Women last tax year (2021) I had a wonderous experience getting my taxes done. The work they did passed the free double check, much to the chagrin of that preparer. She accused the Opening Doors preparers then proved she had been wrong. If you think she offered an apology for wasting my time while she figured it out, well, she didn't. There wasn't even a, 'thank you for coming in to let us check this for you'. I guess she knew not to say, 'see you next year'. Yesterday, 02152022, the manager at Opening Doors was just nice and so kind in the way she patiently explained the process to make sure this old woman understood there was not a need to reschedule because a conflicting appointment came up. That's such a better way of being treated, so I couldn't let them get away with their little habit of being good for two years in a row now could I!

Lol, you mean Closing Doors For Women in Need? The only reason your doors are opened because you lied to gain profit giving people the false impression you want to help others. How many women in need have you turned away and had absolutely no concern for them? You're a joke and angel of light. I have been through a lot and would think someone that was God inspired to be sensitive, humble and loving toward people that either are recovering or trying to from traumatic experiences. The director was very rude, so that is pretty explanatory. She knows of God,but doesn't actually know Him.It wouldn't surprise me if she was one of the ones that used the Potters house to promote their own business rather than Gods kingdom and ministry It is so surprising how people that profit off donations, non profit name to evade tax and probably cheat on taxes while writing everything off as a business expense, has the audacity to be proud. Director was very arrogant, boisterous, rude & insensitive and the information she provided wasn't informative. She had no referrals when asked. It would be nice if people like this knew that good deeds mean nothing without a good name,if not done in love or the right spirit.Clearly, financial gain from impure motives results in that type of behavior because if it was opened for Gods purpose "love" would not be an issue.Even if you can't help anyone, you don't have to be rude and nasty about it. After all, the 501c3 you profiting from under a nonprofit overhead isn't fuel for arrogance.Just a flame of shame, There are many businesses like this that profit from appearing as nonprofit, hiding behind greed, BUT FAIL TO DONATE THE LOVE OF GOD TO PEOPLE.Thank God I'm loved, but I feel sorry for the women that don't feel loved & need to be encouraged by these heartless & Godless infidels finding themselves@the mercy of God. You THINK you working for God,but are an agent for Satan.Sitting up in these places with your nose up and would not even be where you are if it were not for the god of the world, not God of the Word blessing your crooked heart. When you open these places so you can use the donations to build the home you want, but not build the souls that were sent your way, you are an enemy of God. Don’t fool yourself. The people donate to you on the basis of you offering “ false hope and false help” so you’re deceiving the donors and the recipients. By no means are any of us entitled to anything including life, but if you can’t be of any service, it doesn’t cost to just be kind. You don’t know what people are going through and a lot of times, most mustered up the courage to ask for help because most don’t BECAUSE of people like you. Proud, no compassion, combative an false sense of self covered by an inflated ego. I’m not so sure, you’ll be around much longer trying to claim Gods name, while using His people to get donations, but stepping on them and the donors to build your own empire. It shall fall, worker of iniquity. May Gods judgment fall upon this place.

Opening Doors for women in need is such a wonderful organization. They have prepared my yearly taxes for me for the last three years for free. They are very professional and very nice. They have always been willing to help anyone that needs to be helped. Thank you for your wonderful service to the community!

Great aunt needed to file taxes. She's 71 years old, on a limited budget, and not getting around that great these days. The VITA county tax preparation program was located here. Instead of paying hundreds for this service at HR Block or wherever, her lifetime as a Tarrant County tax payer gave a little back to her. They were quick, knowledgeable, courteous, and very kind. We're so grateful they were there for her.

I'd recommend this place to any and all. They referred me to computer classes they had available, plus other resources one as a student could qualify to receive! It's a great place to start on bettering ourselves as women and individuals in our communities. God bless all the people involved in helping others, to make a difference in their lives! :)
