between paychecks we got a food box from here. We received food that was moldy or going bad. “Where hope begins” more like where sickness starts…

Had to stay there upon first coming to town two times. Staff is helpful when available. I think they have good hearted people that work there... they just gotta try and keep order.. Not a place to go if you aren't stable enough to comply and follow their rules, which sucks. If u act a fool you'll have the cops over there in zero seconds. If your drunk and it's winter, good luck and hope u don't freeze to death because you're not getting in.

Keep in mind...This isn't a permanent place to live. This is a shelter... This place helped me when I really needed help. It was here or freeze to death out in the cold. I knew nobody in this town when I arrived and I'm really grateful for everything. They have daily chores like cleaning so it's not all unsanitary and they feed you good. When you go to work they will even provide a bagged lunch. I met a lot of good people here for all this I'm pretty lucky.
God bless

My 1st review needed to be updated. For one, there is little to no social services help at this mission. Everyone is quick to pass the buck so they do not have to deal with you. Totally disorganized to. On my 2nd day, I was tagged and bagged and was told to go and I was not even the guy they wanted to get kicked out. I've been chewed out for not doing chores when in fact I did, and the staff assured me all is well. Guess what? Not all was well. It almost seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing here. There is absolutely no accountability for their own actions, and as a direct result, someone, and God only knows how many has been kick out due to a staff error. Stay at your own risk
