Absolutely the worst place that anyone could stay! Majority of the clients are thieves and are intoxicated, the overnight staff does not have a clue on how to handle or defuse altercations. Not a single staff member is peer support certified. If this place was to require a breathalyzer before issuing beds, then this facility would be a ghosts town. Police are here every couple of hours, if you stay here then keep to yourself and guard your personal belongings with your life, don't leave your shoes untied, as a matter of fact, make sure you tighten and triple knot the strings or you will get robbed upon sleeping, overcrowded, unsafe, unprofessional!

This shelter is really bad , they drink alcohol there and a lot of drugs , people are up all hours of the night making it difficult to sleep at night and some of the staff cater to this . Plus the cops are always here , so all donors I would rethink it !you nice people don't see what happens at night that's when things really happens so think about it . I would not donate nothing here. I'm sorry I have to be this way but it's the truth!!!

This shelter sucks. The staff allow residents to be disrespectful and correct the one disrespected for speaking up for themselves. Every night drunks come in and start trouble. Alot of the people never shower and the shelter isn't big enough for everyone. There is always people sleeping on the floor. And medical needs aren't met until you need an ambulance or you have to wait until the medical mobile van shows up and by then everyone is sick or you already went to the hospital. There are vew staff who are helpful and can make it a better place but are overlooked and others are promoted. Alot of this place is biased and shows favoritism towards particular races. They cater to the wrong and admonish the right. Management needs to be looked into.
