If I could give Veleka Mayfield 0 stars I would. I just had the worse medical experience of my life. She approached my room with a rushed attitude and wouldn’t even let me describe what was happening before cutting me off and telling me she couldn’t help me. She presented herself HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and I’ve never in my life seen a “doctor” with such an attitude for absolutely no reason. She wasted my time to give me zero care, compassion, or even an ear to listen to what my problem was. If they schedule you with her, absolutely demand another provider.

Love love love NCFM. I’ve been coming for years and it’s like fine wine. Gets better w/ time. Always great staff and love the Jazz In The waiting room. It’s my got to doctors office!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Alyse and her assisting nurse during my recent gynecologist appointment. From the moment I walked in, they created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Alyse has a remarkable ability to lighten the mood with her sense of humor, which made the experience not only comfortable but surprisingly enjoyable. She guided me through the process with professionalism and kindness, ensuring I felt informed and supported every step of the way. To call this place a medical center or clinic in anyway is a complete JOKE! The referral specialist is a JOKE! She doesn’t keep up with referrals from 3 weeks ago! She does ZERO research and doesn’t read the chart AT ALL! She was sending my referral to a doctor I have been to and do not want to see again! I’m ready to pay out of pocket at this point rather than tolerate this horrible facility with horrible client service. All of the secretary’s/associates besides the ones with actual degrees are incredibly RUDE and incompetent when it comes to their job. They talk with nasty attitudes and they are just down right rude people. The fact that this place even exists and remains open baffles me. The entire staff (aside from Nurse practitioner London-I love her) should all be FIRED!

If I could I would give them a zero. The doctor is rude and impatient. The receptionists are rude and short temperd. One of the most unhospitable and rude pediatric hospital I have ever been.
