This is a joke!!!! Worst service I've ever experienced!! My case worker will not call me back, and randomly decided to start garnishing MY WAGES!!! Always been on time and this is how I'm treated!!!

Charlotte Mecklenburg is the worst county in the state to get anything done. Whether it's the lack of judges, people to work but mostly I believe they lack the competence. When my case worker didn't know Harrisburg was in Cabarrus county, I cringed. I guarantee 100% everyone who has complained can do this job 1000 times better. Why? Because we actually care.

By far the worst agency ever, the whole child support system in a whole is a disgrace and are ruining black families and black lives all across the nation. They aren’t helping our kids they’re feeding their pockets and incarnating indigent men and women.
