The facility needs cameras in all rooms when there is one on one with minors. Was doing out patient rehab for 3 months and doing school work at the facility 11-1, schooling was not monitored and I was not made aware of school work that needed to be done when asked. Only a few school assignments were done and on each class still had 70 + assignments that still needed to be done by the time I was made aware after discharge. 7/23- Thank you for responding to my post. I do understand that you have had some employee turn over since I am not able to get refills for my daughters health and no one seems to be getting back with me when I have left messages to call me back. Thank you

These people are 100% opportunistic against individuals with mental healthcare needs. They would not accept HSA payment, asked for a credit card specifically, and when payment was received for the payment, they turned around and billed insurance for partial payment. They canceled follow up appointments due to their own fault of not being able to accept HSA payments and would not provide a referral to another office or medical records for the previous date of service which was paid for (twice). This company is an absolute headache to work with. When you are charged, twice refunds "are not possible" due to the third-party billing company they use, and then, when you want to get away from their predatory billing practices, you can't. Stay away.

Biggest waste of time in my entire life. Left the VA to try the civilian side. The intake wanna be Counselor woman was awful. Obnoxious, annoying, no treatment plan. Waste of money. Waste of time. Very disappointed. Money above mental health should be their name. They don’t care about the client. They care about listening to themselves and getting your money. They need to set themselves on the curb on Tuesday or Thursday because they are trash and they need to be picked up on Trash day
