Just left the Department of Community Resources at 3205 Freedom Dr. What an unexpectedly awesome experience. Everyone was so helpful and wait time wasn't bad. I was dropping off additional documents for the Homes Program. The young man who assisted me was so kind and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name.The entire experience was great. You all run a well oiled machine. Thank you for your service.

This place is the worst workers are so nasty went in on April 9 to find out why they reduced my allotment to find the used my income from 2022 if I didn't give you'll that income it's clear I don't work at this job anymore wait what so skipped over 2023 really I hate this place then was told it would take two days to fix it they been cut since February this place is ridiculous and there slow and extremely rude the workers never call you back just sad but want to know everything but can't fix there mistakes!!!

I saw Earl C. Martin Jr (LCSW) here at Community Support Services in 2022 to 2023, and he changed my life for the positive. I cannot put into words how great of a therapist he is and how grateful I am to him: empathetic, compassionate, patient, active listener and really engaged with me.I felt like I could 100% open up to him, without any negative verbal or nonverbal communication. He gave me such useful tools, and clutch resources ,avenues , books and places- & felt like therapy did not end when the session was over, which is good. And not too much to bombard me at once. I only stopped seeing him because I moved to another state for a job, but I wish he could get licensed in that state and I would keep seeing him as a therapist. 1000000% recommend him. I've made the most progress with him in months.Thank you Earl! You have no idea what a huge positive difference you have made in my life.
