If you need help with your unemployment this is the place to go. I was struggling to get anyone on the phone with the unemployment office and did not know what I needed to do to get my unemployment claim finalized so I could finally start receiving payment (it had been coming up on 4 weeks since I filed my claim). I went here and Rosa was so helpful. She knew exactly what I needed to upload, helped me do it and my claim was approved and I received payment 3 days later. Thank you again for your help Rosa.

I will give two stars. I feel they never answer their phones or emails. I don't know what to do next? at the beginning of working with them it was great. I felt understood and they wanted to help. Now I feel ignored and maybe that other clients are more of a priority?
So a rough update to my review I got a call back recently from someone at Masshire to set up an appointment with a career advisor. That's wonderful and good however what happened to the person I was working with? I find it extremely unprofessional when she knew I needed the help not to message me back or call me and say hey I'm not going to be able to work with you anymore.

I’m 62 and I’ve been self-employed for 19 years. Basically, the main number is a waste of time. No one answers. Several times I’ve had to drive just to communicate things that should’ve been simple. First person they assigned was nice but put me through a lot about a particular email and they ended up forgetting to send it.
2nd person forget I work late nights part time and called me early morning anyways. Big argument; this newer person refuses to help show me my options on a PT job. She keeps demanding a résumé from me even though it would have nothing to specifically target. Also, they waited until about my fourth visit to let me know that they validate parking for the garage. Would think there would be at least a sign. Apparently they offer some things through zoom but seem frustrated with me when I want to be in person. During my last appointment, Ellen couldn’t seem to keep with the conversation and was obsessed about showing me minimum wage dead end jobs on her computer. I’m still registered but this experience so far is

1-17-2024. was back today; Didn’t want to hear my predicament. Asked for Help with resume. We talked in circles. I left feeling a sense of humiliation. 😢☹️
