They don't return phone calls or emails, and ask you to physically go down to the office to gatekeep giving services to people that are entitled to them. In a time of pandemic covid this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I've never worked with an unemployment office in any state that I've lived in where the people were this rude or incompetent.

This lady that sits at the Front named "FERN" short hair and speaks Portuguese, is absolutely disgusting. I spoke to her once and realized it was a big mistake to come here. She was rude and talked in a very demeaning manner. I would never want to come back and see her again. She is just the wrong person to be working here. Please fire her and hire someone more mature and understanding. She is a "Racist"

I have never had a problem with the staff. I find that if you want the help and or training to get back to “WORK”the staff at the Fall River Career Center is more than willing to put in the time to help. Try to remember they work with the public (all kinds of personalities) so if a Career Center employee seems aggravated give them the benefit of the doubt.
