Hospitable personnel

I called for help and information. This lady Julie who works there automatically started talking down to me. I asked her not to get mad and speak to me like that. She ended up freaking out at me and hung up on me. I truly don’t understand how someone so rude and mean can be in a field that is suppose to help individuals. This is my first time ever needed guidance and I am discouraged on seeking further help.

This is a great housing complex. Grounds are always emaculate and the residents are very safe.
