Top notch. I learned some valuable information and techniques for navigating the divorce and being able to talk to my daughter about it.

This program is for biological parents to co-parent respectively for their children during divorce. This great - BUT - they "teach" or "lean towards" (not sure what words to use) segregation when it comes to bonus parents/step parents. Bonus parents should be able to attend children's parent teacher conferences because they are a part of the child's life. Biological parents shouldn't only be the ones that should attend. Speaking ill of other parents, yes even step parents is not okay and they only focus on what biological parents should do. they dismiss these bonus parents and they say that bonus parents should not be involved in discipline! Ummm these kids are in MY house as well and yes, if they are going to get out of line bonus parents have the right to defend themselves, their home, husband and act like a parent as well. Just because step parents are not biological does not mean they are not parents!
Kids First Center needs to get with the times and realize that there are more and more mixed families and that step parents should have more rights and involvement!
Waste of my time
