This place is a godsend, I am effectively a single parent throughout the week while my child’s father works outside of the city, we have no family support in the area, and I am a full time nursing student. When something comes up and our normal care lapses they always do their best to find as a solution. I will say right now, like almost every childcare facility, they are understaffed. I would suggest always calling at minimum 24 hours in advance (sometimes this is not possible, but if you can you should), and if you do not hear back reaching out again because these workers are doing the jobs of multiple people in order to keep the center operating. The people there are always so kind to my daughter and myself

I truly appreciate and love this place. My boyfriend started using this place while I was incarcerated, and after I got out and he had took me thier to pick up our daughter. I saw the love they have for each child Thier that was amazing,I now have two children that goes there for now and then. My daughter Niaria ask when she can go there again to see the staff and friends she has made there. And the look on her face when we tell her she's going is priceless and then she asks if her brother coming to, that's even cuter. I just want to thank all the staff their for all they have done for my family especially when I couldn't be a mother at the time. Thank you

I would have gave that place 5 starts 2 years ago but now the staff are so rude I don't even feel comfortable leaving my children their. There is one lady that is so rude to me when dropping them off I don't know how she even got a job there. If she is rude to me then wonder how she is to the children. I am not the only mother that feels this towards that staff member.
