Finding an apartment in Charlotte has been very tough. I am so grateful to have Mrs. Toni Jackson working with me. She has made this process so stress free and bearable. You know how scary it can be by not reaching your worker on the phone or never receiving a call back?! Well i just want to say this is the 1st time in 6yrs where I have never had this problem. She has ALWAYS been there no matter the day. I've never left a message and didn't receive a call back the same day. Every email sent has been seen and responded to in a very timely manner. Im just so grateful for Mrs.Toni Jackson for helping me along the way with knowledge and resources. Your dedication to your job has not gone unnoticed and I just wanted to make sure that you know how much you are truly appreciated. Keep doing what you're doing. You have a light that shines so bright. You are appreciated! This has truly been the best experience I have ever encountered with Inlivian.

Its ok. It can be a whole lot better. I was removed off the list for my section 8 housing voucher. I never received a letter, email or anything about section 8. I would love to get a house for my kids to have a yard to play in. Apartments dont have space for the children to play an people speed in the parking lot like they dont see kids trying to have what little fun they can have.

Thank you Invilian staff for all the hard work you all put in to better families. I've had great experiences with you all. However my experience with Toni Jackson has been the best thus far. It has been a pleasure working with you. Your professionalism, dedication, attentiveness, and punctuality. Thank you so much for your positive attitude and consistency.
