Thank you Invilian staff for all the hard work you all put in to better families. I've had great experiences with you all. However my experience with Toni Jackson has been the best thus far. It has been a pleasure working with you. Your professionalism, dedication, attentiveness, and punctuality. Thank you so much for your positive attitude and consistency.

My experience with Inlivian has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The organization lacks transparency, consistency, and clear communication with residents. Policies and procedures are often explained using internal terminology that is not clearly defined, and residents are expected to understand rules that seem to change without proper explanation. Despite being income-based housing, rent increases occur frequently—sometimes every six months—without adequate clarification or consideration of residents’ actual income changes. This creates financial strain for individuals who are actively trying to stabilize their lives. Inlivian promotes the CORE program as assistance for unexpected employment loss, but in practice, it does not function in a way that genuinely supports residents. Information about how the program works is unclear, difficult to access, and often not explained unless repeatedly requested. This lack of transparency feels like gatekeeping and leaves residents confused about their options and rights. Additionally, many of the apartments are in poor condition, and when maintenance or concerns are raised, interactions with staff can feel argumentative rather than solution-oriented. Instead of collaboration, residents are often met with resistance. Overall, Inlivian needs to improve communication, accountability, staff training, and fairness in how policies are applied. Residents deserve clear explanations, respectful treatment, and housing conditions that reflect the standards promised.
