If you are in need of any help do not waste your time and call this place . I’ve tried twice ! And every time I call there is NEVER any help because they are always “short staffed” only now realizing there are NO resources for us ! I’m going through a nasty divorce and custody battle and no one can help me through this process .. just sad .. you all should be ashamed of yourselves..

I wish I can give 0 stars!!! These places don't help!!! And the world wonder why victims don't leave and is killed with their kids because there's no help!!! The hotline is full of stuff too their No HELP!!!! NO BODY HELP!! WHERE SHELTERS? HOUSING FOR VICTIMS TO LEAVE THEIR ABUSER!!!!!! ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS INVOLVED!! WHY CANT WE GET HELP?? BEING TOLD YOU CANT HELP WHEN THERES PROOF ABUSE IS SAD!!! NO HELP UNTIL ITS TOO LATE!!! SAME ON ALL OF YALL!!!

I believe these people are actually just working here for a check . They don’t understand the word TRAUMA and how it affects people suffering from DV . They ask you all these personal questions and if it’s not “traumatic enough” for them they will deny you shelter . It’s ridiculous and pointless! They need to note that you can be denied shelter due to preference and if the trauma is traumatic enough in their opinion . I would absolutely NOT recommend calling them if you’re a DV victim and actually need help , they will turn you away or waste your time . I used to believe the good reviews but I’m quite sure they are paid actors or something cause the experience I’ve had reflected way different ! If zero stars was an option I would be giving it that .
