Wow! What a smooth experience we had at this clinic. The receptionist, doctor, and counselor were nothing but kind and helpful. I was there to support a friend in a difficult situation and was so impressed with how positive and respectful the staff was throughout the entire appointment.

Showed up ON TIME at my scheduled appointment there was still a 2 HOUR WAIT. I love what planned parenthood stands for, steer very clear from this location. Was told there’s nothing they can do with the amount of people being offered an open slot even when there’s not enough doctors. Poor staffing, poor management, just POOR. Expect your day to be consumed over your one appointment. Any location with a majority of 5 stars and no variety, screams rating persuasion.

I felt very welcome and heard. Kelly is the best! Dr. Keith is very respectful, doesn't rush you, and has a caring voice. They took there time with me. Their kindness stands out the most! Thank you!
