If I could give it a zero I would. This place has a disturbing pattern of discriminatory practices. They swiftly evicted families of color, yet allowed a white person known for their racist views to remain there for years, excusing their behavior. The management mistreats the people, neglecting the rundown conditions and severe bed bug infestations. Raising concerns about the problematic environment often leads to retaliation, whether you live there or work here.

My husband and I with our two kids went as we had nowhere else to go at the time. I loved the emergency shelter side as they were nice and helpful but you couldn't stay during the day. Once we got to the transitional side we wanted out. Yes we could stay in our room and leave as long as we filled out the form...but chores and classes are mandatory and if you miss it too much you get into trouble. And the staff barely help you with things but expect you to get it done on time. Don't come to the shelter if you want freedom....

It used to be a friendly place but since they got this Hispanic girl at the front desk I been feeling like she judge you as soon as you open the door. She looks at you from head to toes, doesn't even greet you with a smile. She's kinda rude, hope this gets better.
