I had a therapist through them. They set up an appointment. But did not put it on the books. So when it came time to have my appointment I found out she couldn't do something so simple and put me on the books. For a person who is struggling, this is not a good look for hope harbor. This is the 2nd time they have messed up with me and I didn't get any help at all. Frustrating.
