I have a friend who goes to this location she has been given a hard time by one of the security guards she was very upset by his behavior towards her because she spoke to one of the other clients I have to be honest I don't know the policy on when they get their meds but I believe he was rude to her and could have handle the situation better I believe the issue needs to be addressed because she came out in tears 😢. I understand security needs to do their job but they should also be respectful of the clients. But on a positive note the counselor nurses do a great job

Over all it’s a good housing program my issue is the staff and anybody who knows me know my heart is big so I keep to myself but I’m a domestic violence victim who also has medical issues going on I’m enrolled in their housing program, the lady Ms little violated my hippa rights telling people outside of the program my personal business and also another male client I started dated while enrolled in the program. I reached out to mr Rodriguez on several occasions about this matter and a housing matter I had while staying at casa Shelby 250 Virginia st and he still never got back to me. I reached out to her boss and made sure I forwarded her a letter from the family justice center reminding them iam in a high profile federal domestic violence case. The unprofessionalism of this company is ridiculous it makes me uncomfortable knowing my life is at risk because of a man and a housing program that I need I haven’t been able to work in awhile due to medical injuries sometimes i can barely walk and other times my medication helps manage the pain. This company pick and choose who to really help they gav me furniture with bed bugs saying it was new and I feel like it was intentional. I have recordings of phone calls and also general conversation’s with her speaking and video recordings as my proof also hav conversations with a few other individuals speaking on my housing matter and things she hav said and how she pooped on me purposely with the furniture thing,. I reached out to Jennifer Torres Carmen Gonzales as well as mr Rodrigues Be careful ladies in all aspects most of them are family affiliates and it’s definitely some discrimination going on towards me maybe cause me and her sister use to date the same guy
