Jen hunt is my therapist and in the last 2 months she has done more for me than the last 4 counselors I went to. I had a fear of needles since I was young due to trauma and she solved that within two sessions with EMDR. By some I mean I can finally go into a public bathroom without having flashbacks, get blood drawn without hyperventilating, and watch true crime without having to close my eyes. She always knows how to help with obstacles without having to relive the trauma. When I went to many counselors before her they would always have me talk about the past and never really have a new look or solution to them. Jen has shown me what a true counselor can do with podcasts to listen to, new techniques to cope with trauma, and by building a healthy and safe environment when talking with her. If you're debating on counseling like I did here is your sign to go to her even if it’s just once I promise she will make an impact!

Kerri has been my therapist for a few years now and I can honestly say I don't know how I would have gotten through these last few years without her! She is compassionate, caring, funny, and down to earth which is exactly what I needed to feel comfortable opening up to her. I'd recommend her to anyone!
