I called to obtain information for someone in need and your website says that your number will connect callers with a volunteer 24 hours a day. When I called, I only got a recording. It indicated that I could press 1 if there was an emergency. When I pressed 1, the call failed. I called back and tried pressing 1 again and the same thing happened. This is unacceptable.

The best person at the center that i have met is Yvonne. She might not be a therapist but she helps more than others there
