They are rude and pick and chose who they want to help I’m a college student with limited resources I reached out for assistance and they told me to ask my college my college only offers toiletries and can goods that are donated by other students and no eggs or dairy or protein is provided by the school and I then told them my school pantry was closed because it was and she was rude and I told her they only offer can goods and she told me I’m sorry I hope you can figure something out it really seem like she genuinely didn’t want to help me so I decided not to go to the pantry

The woman on the phone was rude and very off putting. I ended up not getting my box. It felt like she could tell my race through the phone and it made the outcome horrible. Sucks people can’t get help without feeling shamed.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I feel like this place goes above and beyond. I cannot thank you enough for your help in my time of need. You all are a blessing and I hope you receive all your blessings.
