I am not sure what this place is,precisely. I have been on disability for 14 years. I have PTSD,ocd,anxiety. They refused to help if I could not pay them 500 dollor. Same fory daughter.1,000.00. they would not work with me at all. We lost our section 8 home because of black mold,abestos,rotten foundation.i did not have 500.00 due to renting a hotel room. This place was not helpful.

This place has been extremely helpful giving people stability and helping people get on their feet.

The staff is excellent in compassion. I believe that no better directors could be found in any other place. The food is outstanding and plentiful. The house is beautiful. The directors are loyal in making sure that every resident is treated with respect, dignity, and fairness by all who work to help them achieve their goals and meet their individual needs. I believe that the Gaines House is one, if not, the most beneficial experiences that any resident could have when they need a strong support system and extended family.
