About This Service

The Mission of the Gaines House is to provide a safe and supportive transitional residence for homeless women with mental, physical, or behavioral health disability, and to empower them to achieve independence.

I am not sure what this place is,precisely. I have been on disability for 14 years. I have PTSD,ocd,anxiety. They refused to help if I could not pay them 500 dollor. Same fory daughter.1,000.00. they would not work with me at all. We lost our section 8 home because of black mold,abestos,rotten foundation.i did not have 500.00 due to renting a hotel room. This place was not helpful.
