They don’t pick up the phone the phone just ring and ring and then a voicemail comes on saying it’s full , been calling this number for a long time now and the 1877 number to speak to someone and can’t get anybody for my food stamps application, what kind of business is this

I applied waited for a phone interview that never came. Today I got a call saying I missed it went to call my caseworker no answer inbox full called his supervisor same thing I'm homeless and hungry

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Applied, uploaded all of my documents. This is my third attempt to apply. I received a call with an automated voice stating someone will call me at 8 am on a scheduled day. I wait all day but no phone call. A few days later I received a letter stating to call an reschedule a missed appointment that I did not miss they did. However, I’m the one penalized. I call the number it goes to voicemail which is full call the supervisor number that is left in the message and it’s also full. This is so unacceptable on all levels! Three times this has happened to me. People call your senators, governors etc., and keep calling until they make some changes . This is inhuman and they don’t seem to care. This is my first time ever applying for help in my life always worked but now faced with some adversities and this is what I get, NOTHING, NO HELP. This is what they’re doing here in Atlanta? The names in the voicemails report them too!

Do anyone know how to get in contact with these ppl I called my caseworker an the supervisor . I was approved for food stamps in April an have not been able to use my card because the birthday is wrong an I can’t even activate my card . No body answers their phone check their email an then location is closed like what am I suppose to do

The employees here from the security guards to the desk staff are very rude, if you didn’t want to work with needy families and people who are frustrated and struggling then you this isn’t the job for you! Don’t work with woolen if you don’t want to talk to people. This man asked me for the case number and said it was correct that’s all the info I have sir, I “missed” my interview even though I was never notified about an interview and then when I did submit documents for pregnancy Medicaid I was told we don’t know how long it’s going to take but it takes a long time I responded with okay so in a month when I haven’t heard anything back and I haven’t gone to the doctor then what and he said oh not that long…. But you don’t know for sure! How do you approved people for one benefit but not the other… it makes no sense and these people shouldn’t be in social work sorry you had to come back in to the office like the rest of the world. Sorry you had a job to come back too.
