Clean, good selection very nice employees. But there prices are outrageous. You can literally by name brand new cheaper some items same brand I've found brand new cheaper. They really need to work on the price issue. Try other local resale shops 1st before going here..

Walked in today, haven't visited this store in months. Last time I was here I was looking for a video game I noticed a few days before, but didn't purchase it. I went looking for it the next day and it wasn't there. One of the women working there found it though, and she saved it at the register. I walked in and I couldn't believe she recognized me, but she told me they had the game waiting there for the next time I walked in. Their customer service is absolutely thoughtful and amazing!
