Attended a musical Showcase (Sounds of the Seasons) prior to Christmas. Walked into church building to the sounds of three grown men dressed like elves playing a version of The Price is Right. The Grinch was featured shortly after that, complete with his own green light show.
It was a travesty, and needed Someone to show up with a whip.
The only redeeming parts showed up towards the end, one being the youth choir. They were phenomenal (5stars!)
They managed to tag on the Nativity before they drew to a close.
The entire event was a plethora of highly orchestrated mixed messages.

This church destroyed my family. They (as well as the entire SBC) are supportive of DEI and other woke ideologies. See Megan Basham's book, "Shepherds for Sale," which is well-documented, for details.
Here's my story: When the Johnny Hunt scandal emerged in 2021, my daughter was working on staff, and she was given a book to read in a discipleship group with the church leadership that pushed DEI, acceptance of homosexuality, and other things (the book was Confronting Christianity by Rebecca McLaughlin). I expressed my concerns, and the church leaders pushed back against me. They encouraged my daughter to move out of my house. She was 19 at the time this began. Eventually, they brought her into the church office where she was given an ultimatum by her boss and several other upper-level staff members that she either move out of my house or they would let her go. I did not find out about this until years later.
At the time, I thought it was only one person who was strongly encouraging her to move out, and I wrote a letter about this to the church staff. No response was ever received from anyone about my concerns with my daughter. She moved out of our home when she was 20 because one of the members of staff offered her a place to stay at a bargain price, and also due to the pressure she received from multiple staff members.
I will conclude by saying that we were members of this church since about 2006, and when Jeremy Morton came in and overturned a significant number of the staff, things changed. This church is a cesspool of demonic activity, and, if I were you, I would stay far, far away from FBCW, the SBC, and any of its member churches.

I want to share with you how Woodstock fbc has helped me when I was at a low point in my life. I was homeless, addicted to drugs, and hopeless when I first met the guys from Church on the street ministry. They were handling out clothes and food and preaching the gospel one Saturday and after Mr. Adam b. prayed I felt like the message that he preached was just for me.
I introduced myself and told him a little about myself and told him I was tired of the way I was living and I knew that I was made for more. He told me if I was serious about getting cleaned up to meet back with him at 1:00 and he would pick me up and put me up in a hotel untill Monday morning and then he would take me somewhere so I could get the help I needed. I have now been sober for a month and a half. I can't thank you guys enough for giving me a hand up when I needed it the most. Thanks Adam, Rob, and Jim for believing in me . I love you guys.
