Called today at 11:30am to get help on breaking my lease the lady seem to not listen to what i was saying and said its not an emergency when i asked to break my lease Truthfully she is Horrible in my opinion if i’m asking for a supervisor OBVIOUSLY its an emergency i needed a letter from someone I HAVE VIDEOS OF THE ABUSE much more not sure why you want me to suffer but you lucky you not in my situation YOU ARE AWFUL…

Don't bother. Between the lack of staffing and pure incompetency you're better off seeking services elsewhere. Everyone is there for a check your case, children, and life are back burner.

Terrible experience! A victim at one of their safe homes had stolen $1300 dollars from me and ran into a safe house to avoid returning the stolen money. I called they're hotline where I was given no help or concern about the matter. I was hung up on when i asked to speak to someone in charge. Instead they harbored and assisted a woman who committed a crime. I've had zero success contacting and holding this person responsible for the crime they committed against me. Fearless has become a safety net and have relocated this person to a confidential location.
