Chelsea Turnbull was one of the worst therapists I have ever had. She judged me and hardly ever actually gave me feedback or actual professional advice. Merely documented what I said to her and did not want to treat me. She made assumptions about where my hand-me-down and secondhand clothes came from. She assumed I was lying about my college education. If you end up here DO NOT let them schedule you with Chelsea Turnbull. The "treatment" I received working with Chelsea made me worse in the long run. The feeling of having to defend myself to my therapist damaged me more. I ended up hospitalized during the time I was seeing Chelsea and asked to not return to seeing her, but have a new therapist. I was told I would have to wait months for anyone else. I asked the supervisor for a new therapist a couple months later and I was told I would have to wait months and basically made to stay with her or not have a therapist. If you go here be sure to see someone else. For reference, I went here for depression and anxiety issues.

I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone myself & my daughter have worked with at family services. Even the receptionists are extremely kind & caring. I have also worked with their center for victim services & have nothing but positive things to say about them all. Ty & keep up the good work :)

They are HORRIBLE and INCOMPETENT. Completely incapable of treating anyone with a complex disorder. They did alot of damage to me. I will report their treatment of me to the proper authorities. They really scraped the bottom of the barrel to get these drs. I will not refer them as Drs. They don't deserve it.

I need help and they won't provide it for me. I was setup with family services through midhudson regional, my therapist cancelled our over-the-phone session probably 3 times in a row & my psychiatrist sent my refill to the wrong place so I quit my meds cold-turkey because no one would call me back for weeks. They don't get back to you in decent time & just want to make money, I do not feel cared for at this place don't go here
