Me and my mom got kicked out for no reason knowing we don't have no where to go and we haven't even been here for a week my mom just got a job she can't even start we don't have any family here what air we supposed to do and tk is so disrespectful she acts like she's just above everything Ian hurts home in voice how she dismisses these people in here

I could give this place negative stars. Called them and told them me and my child are homeless. They said the shelter is booked for months, but text if I need help. I text back and nothing. I call back my “case worker” and nothing. Then they closed my case. Still homeless. I call back today and they said they have no room and to call 211 again to reopen my case. For what? Needs to be shut down
