This place is wonderful. They help others in need!

It’s just a really bad look when women call and don’t have the advocate call back for 2 or 3 weeks. And they have never actually been a consumer of your place and aren’t seeking shelter etc. it’s the worst hotline I have ever called and not actually run like others statewide. To be put on hold while kids are crying and asked for your number. That someone will call you back and don’t call for weeks. God forbid it was a suicidal ideation. Please check into how phone calls are handled in Grand Rapids and metro Detroit
