They do good work, all without riding on the tax payers government coat tails. They have very limited resources and space, so unfortunately not everyone can be accommodated immediately. It's a long term program to turn your troubled life around, not a quick fix because you enter into bad relationships. Well worth supporting if you have the time and resources to do so. :-)

Brought my Mom here and she was able to speak to the director about getting a room. She told my mom that they were under construction but to come back next week and my mom would have a brand new room to stay in. We go back and are told that my mom has to wait. That isn't what we were told. "Just hold on for one more week" they said "you're perfect for our program, I will make sure you get in next week. Just hold on for me". They told us we must've misunderstood. Nah, we both heard the words clear as day. We both cried in relief that we finally found help, only to be turned away. I had to talk my mom into calling one more. I told her maybe they got her mixed up with someone else. Give them another chance. They wouldn't lie to us like that. But they did. My mom Called a second time and cried even harder that she was tossed away so easily. Shame on you all for what you put my mother through. I will never forgive this place.

Called trying to stay calm in a desperate time in my life for temporary shelter for me and my three children. The woman who answered the phone said "We're full." That's it. No care. No concern. Very cold. Way to make someone who feels bad even worse.
