I’m looking for My niece and they will not let me know where My niece at but I will be up there to find My niece with everything coming at them

So far NOT SO GOOD! My son just got there’s and some of the staff should be patients theirselves! My son called me at 8:00p. As we were talking a staff member by the name is “Treece” (I’m unsure of the spelling) started to become fairly loud and speaking VERY IGNORANTLY. I can hear my son saying something as well. I asked him if I may speak to her to see what’s going on. She screamed and told him to “talk to his own mom” because he shouldn’t be on the phone anyway because it’s after 8p. So I recognized I was on speaker. I asked her why would you let him call me in the first place is he’s not allowed to be on the phone. I asked her to stop screaming at him so he can talk to his mother then. SHE SCREAMED I AM THE ONE THAT SHES THE ONE THAT DIALED THE NUMBER. Like that makes it even better. Then she makes a comment about picki by him up. She turns and starts screaming at other kids. I wonder if JOINT COMMISSION knows the staff needs evaluation as well.
