Today I called The Rescue Mission on behalf of a friend of mine who is homeless and a registered sex offender. He keeps getting doors slammed in his face, no one will hire him or no shelter will help him. True it's wrong what they did. The shelters call themselves Christians but refuse to help. They better pray all the registered sex offenders, don't rise up in protest, just like others marched for rights during the civil rights movement

I have called multiple times day and night to get help all they do let the phone ring I'll call when they open up and I'll call right before they close but I'll be calling in between the day nobody answered the phone and I'm homeless and from a different state I'm here for a medical appointment and I need help please and nobody's willing to help me does anybody know of the another shelter reach out to for help at this time of need I left my phone number someone to call me back and nobody has called me back

Orlando Mission is a wonderful program. They helped my son, Yan Gruzdov, during the years of 2023 through 2024 by providing shelter and drug rehabilitation and adding years onto his life. We need more nonprofits like this throughout our country to help rescue those in need and serve our communities. God bless Orlando Mission.
