What I don’t understand about place that supposed to help folks. They stuck on rules they will see a person in need of shoes n coats n tell them to wait till 9 am lol imagine having to wait for help. like coat n shoes u should not have to wait from 7:30 am - 9 am especially when u trying to look for a job between 9 am-11pm. Imagine praying to Jesus for water n he say wait till next year for water n he has water now!
