Dont move into one mendon rd apt have bed bugs & im not even sure if they are willing to replace my beding im not sleeping in it even after being treated ill have to take to court i did not bring these in so nasty i would hope they do the right thing & offer me a replacement w/o court we shall see

Very brusque on the phone & was fobbed off to some other number who couldn't answer my questions either. Maybe she was just having a bad day, we all have those once in a while. Especially when working with the public.
