ALL their services are FREE, real doctors and real nurses work here to genuinely help you and care for you and your baby.

This is not a real medical facility. You will not get the care you need. Talk to your doctor or visit a Planned Parenthood center. This organization is not going to help you, and they spread incorrect information.
