The telephone numbers are a complete waste of your time.Each telephone number points to the other telephone number and you get absolutely no where. There is a telephone number where a woman is asking you to leave your information her mailbox is completely full.You get absolutely NO satisfaction.It's a shame when seniors need help and you can get absolutely

Yes, it’s true. They’ll schedule you for phone interview and never call. Then call you from a public service number informing you, you missed your interview. Then give you a number to call but no one answers and the voicemail is full. It’s sad and ridiculous. Don’t get into social work if you don’t love it or want to do your job.

Did my renewal for food stamps. The next day my case is closed because I missed my interview. But I was never called by anyone. This is the third or fourth time this has happened and this is the only County that I've ever had this experience with. Fulton County does not do this theDekalb County does not do this only Clayton county. I warning all the people dealing with Clayton County dfcs if you can use an address outside of Clayton County please do so all these people do is deny deny deny and lie and claim that they called you and they never do. When you try to get in contact with your caseworker or anyone at Clayton County DFCS in general you will never get through. This is unacceptable, this is selfish and this is just plain ridiculous. I pray that someone looks into Clayton County DFCS and fires a lot of people and revamps their whole operation. It's so weird how these people are just denying people left and right and lying and saying they call people and they don't even call. I'm now in Fulton County and I have an interview today. I got a call with a message letting me know that my interview will be at a certain time and to not miss it. I've never gotten any type of call like that in Clayton County. These folks are intentionally denying folks for whatever reason. These people really need to be fired.
