Very misleading, they're kicking me out 3 days after I get a job. I asked them if they could wait another week. Till I had to leave so I could at least get my first paycheck, and they looked at me like I was crazy for asking that. There was no emotion, no facial expression, nothing. They don't care where you go or what happens to you, they just want you out! And I asked them several times why are you doing this? Why can't you wait 7 more days till I get paid? So i'm not outside in the freezing cold.I don't have a car, I can stay in. They have pretty much left me. Absolutely. No choice but to have to go back to my abuser, and here I am 1 week aware from being rid of him and 15 years of suffering, and they can't give me one more week. If I have to go back to him, I'll be back to show them what he does when I disobey him. And did I mention they are absolutely far, far from being full? In fact, the one I'm staying in can hold well, let's just say there's 6 beds. I'm the only one in here and they don't seem to think I need this place anymore even though I just had an incident and told them about it no big deal. I'll be fine. I can go out in the below 0 weather. I mean, it'd be different if I did something wrong. Yeah, you break the rules, you get kicked out whatever I was told by The Salvation Army lady that I should be their pollster child, because of how quick I got a job and I'm able to transition out of here. Accept, they're cutting me off a week.Short just to screw me over Here's an update. They came to my room over 2 police officers and told me to get out. I had 10 minutes to pack up all my stuff and leave, and now I'm sleeping in a car and it's freezing out. I'm to the point where i'm going back to my abuser before I freeze to death. Therefore, i'm not gonna be able to take on my new job because he won't let me work.And i'm right back at the beginning. They made my life a living hell, because now there's gonna be An extreme punishment before leaving in the first place. They have their nails done, and they have their fancy cars with all the funding they get and donations.I would not send a sewer rat there!

Turned my friend down because she was able to run and hide from her attacker. The guy threaten to steal her kids and beat her. He previously beat her and smashed her head in and she was in the hospital for days! But they said she is safe because he didn’t lay a hand on her, but not for the lack of trying! This is a disgusting service! Offers help to women in need then turns them down in their darkest hour! Ask around, they turn down more women than they help. And those they turn down get hurt or killed! One woman they turned down has been killed just this last week!
