Steve was very helpful in listening to multiple family issues that were happening, and make solid suggestions of how to look at them in different ways. His counseling is Christian based, and you will find him knowledgeable in advising/listening without a bunch of "pyschobabble."

I wanted to avoid several of the affirming narratives of the secular world while still receiving wholesome counseling, as this was my first time going to counseling. Steve provided all of that. His approach is both science and faith oriented, and he is very easy to talk to and be open with. I highly recommend Steve, as the few months I was seeing him were really a blessing. I have been going to therapy with Steve for a couple of years. He is a wonderful Christian, skilled therapist, and a very knowledgeable person. He is a great listener, and able to help those who need someone to talk to through mental and emotional suffering.
