This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a mental health professional. I was informed at the appointment that at a dog would be sitting in during the appointment l. I thought that was strange but was like whatever. While I was literally sharing my story history and trauma I was interrupted on multiple one 3 occasions so that the “professional” could tend to the dog. For example let it in and out of the room and ask if it was hungry. Additionally I experienced an obvious micro aggression when I was explaining my place employment, which is serving at risk youth in Wyandotte county. I was met with that must be really hard. The unpleasant experience of being underserved by a professional, who is supposed to help people left me sick to my stomach.

Linda is awesome. I had seen her for several years back in the 2010s and have been seeing her recently again. She is even more helpful now. I highly recommend anyone struggling give Linda a chance. Prices are beyond fair, atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and just love her therapy dog, whom was pleased to see that it is still the same little guy. I look forward to continuing or relationship. Five stars is just not enough to give her. A+++++++

I did an assessment for DV with her. She was terrible and judgmental. She kept asking for names, address, and numbers of my siblings and former spouse. Since none of the. Are related to why I was there I did not understand why I had to give her this information. She said it goes on her personal record and doesn't affect anything. Well if it's just for her then I did not want to give out any of that information. She went from saying it was for her personal record to treating to tell the judge I am not cooperating with her. My assessment that portained to my case went fine but she said that I was paranoid. Well 3 months later I finally got my assessment back and not only did she not reach out to anyone in the case she also wrote I needed to be in a psych ward. Luckily for me, I could tell from her judgemental mental attitude she was going to tell lies. So I had an assessment done somewhere else as well as an evaluation from 2 therapists. My other DV assessment and statement from those therapists confirmed I was not a risk for violence! Nor did my other assessment require non related information. This lady is just trying to sell her other services if you fail. And I have audio recording of it too.
