They will ask for an picture ID and ask how many is in your household as well as the date of birth of each family member you add. They also have bread free daily. Very very helpful place for my big family in our time of need! All the staff here is nothing but polite and nice. Love that I found it and my family can get their needs met!

I Had horrible experience today going to the Catholic Charities office. I had an appointment, they did not explain we would be handling my business in front of others waiting in the lobby. So if you need help who cares about confidentiality! The ladies at the front desk were rude and insensitive to me letting them know I was not understanding the process and the paperwork. They dismissed me and my frustration several times as I advised them I was unclear as to what the process is and explain to me the info they needed. I left there feeling confused, frustrated and that I may need to look elsewhere for help. They definitely kept hounding me to complete a survey....before I completed anything...asking if I felt treated well and if I felt helped. All questions on that survey I entered "Strongly Disagree "!!!! Lucky for them I'm not a secret shopper. They get a low grade today. Definitely not what I expected from Catholic Charities!
