For a while they were good. But that is in the past now. I had both my wife's and baby's appointments rescheduled without my knowledge just to whatever day and time. When I called them to discuss the issue, and reschedule, the main office phone was on hold at least 15-20 minutes and never picked up. They have the nerve to send notifications that we missed the appointments we didn't schedule. Also, I don't understand the fact that they denied my child one of his booster immunization shot because the shot was for "medicaid patients" not for "private insurance." Thankfully, San Antonio is not short of pediatrician and ob/GYN offices.

I been a patient for years, today was my best cleaning experience, Gracie is awesome, very informative delicate and funny! And Doctor Mayen Star is very good, attentive friendly and bilingual! I don’t understand the 1 stars reviews, perhaps the patients are the bad ones :)

Front staff is extremely rude. Got my mother all beside herself because she was unable to pay a fee for the appointment due to ZERO income. Was informed original that the fee was not required and has not pay a fee at all to my knowledge. She just got told by the staff that if she is unable to pay she will not be seen. So this was her last appointment before her disability appointment and not she is beside herself trying to figure out what she can do. No customer service skill what so ever.
